Warm-up description

These warm-ups take classic Drama games and give them a sustainability twist. Each warm-up will take a minimum of 15 minutes, but could be stretched into an entire lesson.

Predator-Prey Balance (Musical Chairs) helps students understand the need for balance within ecosystems, and how humans have and can impact that balance. You will engage with the sustainability concepts of systems and futures.

Timeframe

15 minutes (minimum)

Resources

  • A large open space (indoors or outdoors)
  • Chairs (same number as students)
  • Signifiers for dingo and kangaroo roles (masks, tags, etc.)
  • Music
