Strategiser is a chance to meet with some Centre colleagues to generate suggestions and strategies to help get your project off the ground. These sessions are informal and a really valuable way to get feedback from experienced colleagues on your research ideas. Participants find these sessions to be a great opportunity to develop ideas.

In this session we explored strategic research planning. This session focused on the annual plan – as derived from the 5 year research program plan. We discussed building teams, funding possibilities as we develop capacity and mapping for success. As usual, accessing Faculty research supports is central to our ability to develop research programs and profiles. The RF is eager to develop non-hierarchical mentoring to peer review plans and strategy.
