Dear Centre Members, Aligned HDR Colleagues, and Allied Members,

As trimester 1 gets underway today, we wish you all the very best for an engaging and rich learning experience with your students. We also shout out to all HDR Candidates getting started as well as wrapping up their programs. We also extend thoughts to the campuses that will come alive again this week – hoping that all species enjoy the experience.

The Centre has a lot going on this week and next: Our first Futures Forum for this year with Kate Greer presenting on Thursday at 3pm and preparing for the first Regenerator – the Strategiser on the 18th March.

We are planning our next On Country event on Wurundjeri Country, Merri Creek, Merri-bek on Tuesday 23rd April. It’s going to be another wonderful day for building a research community. See details below.

We have been talking to Michael Paulsen of  CUHRE, the Elite Centre for Understanding Human Relationships with the Environment University of Southern Denmark. We will be exploring synergies between this CUHRE and the CRF and these will lead to some international collaborations. Look out for the upcoming Futures Forum with Michael.

Have a wonderful Week One!
