Dear Centre Members, Aligned HDR Colleagues, and Allied Members,
Our final On Country event for 2023 is special and represents a culminating as well as celebratory process for us to engage with and enjoy as we round out our first year of being! We are pleased that those who can come along have let us know… please do let us know if your plans change and you can now join us – so that we can be sure to cater for you. Our opportunity to generate ephemeral art with an Indigenous Artist is amazing. Lowell has devoted a lot of energy to hold this space for us. We hope the weather does its best for us as well.
Please also note that CRF programming is settling into place for next year. We will be focussing on research capacity building in various ways – so bring your great ideas.
Next week will be our final Newsletter (#42) for the year- we look forward to sharing our On Country experience with you. For those of you who will already be on leave – we trust that you will find space for engaging with kin and taking time for you as we rest and reflect with the closing of this year and the launching of 2024.
