Dear Centre Members, Aligned HDR Colleagues, and Allied Members,

Today is World Bee Day with the purpose to spread awareness and encourage action of the significance of bees and other pollinators for our survival. It is an excellent opportunity to put bees at the centre of the national conversation for a day and encourage actions that create more bee-friendly landscapes.

A great conversation article about bees Most Bees Don’t Sting – and other surprising bee facts – read here

Our CRF members are diverse, and some are involved in the education of the youngest children. Some might be doing this in celebration of World Bee Day: The Waggle Dance

This week, in honour of Bees worldwide – we invite you to use your CRF newsletter reading time to venture outside to explore Bee habitats and to say hello to your Bee kin.
