Dear Centre Members, HDR Colleagues, and Allied members,
What a busy few weeks we have had enjoying our colleagues and considering our practices… See the links below to Bronwyn Sutton’s Futures Forum and our 2 Regenerators: creating impact through LinkedIn with our Faculty marketing team and Exploring Cat 2 – 4 grants with Andy Brader.
Jo and Peta are now in Denmark about to attend the Eco Literacy Research Festival…. With our good colleagues at the University of Southern Denmark – CUHRE. We are already enjoying meeting our colleagues and igniting conversations… We hope that some of our discussions have great benefits for all CRF members. We look forward to sharing the outcomes with you in the next newsletter.
Did you know… that in our Enterprise agreement we have time for volunteer work – are you taking your day. We also have 2 days for wellbeing… are you taking these days as well?
The Climate Council held a great session last week about the Carbon price implemented across Australia and the future policy needs and their interactions towards bringing the government to action. To keep your knowledge up-to-date check the website regularly – it is a treasure trove of great resources https://www.climatecouncil.org.au/
Read through to the end of the newsletter to find out about a chance to step into the city of tomorrow as your future self in an immersive experience in Dandenong with Troy Innocent and RMIT Future Play Lab. Jo tried this a couple of weekends ago, and can recommend it as a great way to experience the vibrant city of Dandenong …in 2050!
Best wishes,
Peta and Jo
